Interview with Francesca Dalla Benetta (pt.1 of 2)

December 15, 2016
This Saturday, December 17, starting at 6 pm, the Italian sculptor based in CDMX, Francesca Dalla Benetta, opens her studio to the public for the first time, exhibiting and selling a wide variety of sculptures, engravings, charms, and watercolors, in a comfortable and fraternal atmosphere where one can chat, dance, and share some complimentary cocktails.
The artist's warm workspace, located at Marcos Carrillo 296 apt 5, Viaducto Piedad -between Coruña and Viaducto, near Metro Viaducto Line 2-, closes Francesca's year of activities, after a collective exhibition earlier this month in which one of her pieces was auctioned, presented alongside artists such as Leonora Carrington, Rufino Tamayo, Alice Rahon, Jesús Urbieta, Sebastián, Jorge Marín, Rocío Caballero, Marco Arce, Agustín Castro López, and Jazzamoart, among others.
