The Italian woman worked as a makeup artist for film projects when she became fascinated by Mexican culture. And then the seed germinated.
She lives in Mexico City and has been dedicated to sculpture for 10 years.
"I like to think that I am truly of Italian nationality, but in some way I am a Mexican sculptor," she says.
"I feel that there would not have been a sculptor Francesca without Mexico."
