Más allá de las dimensiones

"The ambition to come to life without being so" The art of Francesca Dalla Benetta

One of the projects I was working on was the Beyond Dimensions art magazine. I enjoyed being able to speak freely about what happens in the studio during the processes in which my sculptures are born, from that cross between dreams, the symbolic, and the material.

Chatting with Manuel Monroy, I told him that I have always been surprised by how processes, materials, and even accidents end up defining the pieces, almost as if they already knew their own destiny, as if they wanted to breathe and become life.

In the interview, I talked about the pieces La Notte, Abismo, and Defragmentación, and how the ideas of transformation and freedom in art move me. It was very nice to be able to talk about my process with so much love.
