Francesca Dalla Benetta has created sculptures for collectors in more than 20 countries.

Commissions

Francesca Dalla Benetta accepts commissions for private collectors, interior designers, and public spaces.

Her sculptural language—combining classical anatomical rigor with surreal transformations—allows each commissioned piece to become a unique work that reflects both the vision of the collector and the artist’s distinctive aesthetic.

Private Residences & Luxury Gardens

Francesca works with collectors and designers to create sculptures conceived specifically for architectural spaces, interiors, and gardens.

These pieces can range from intimate works for private collections to larger sculptures designed to inhabit courtyards, terraces, and landscaped environments.

Each sculpture is developed in dialogue with the client, considering scale, materials, and the atmosphere of the space.

Sculptural Portraits

Francesca also creates sculptural portraits, capturing not only physical likeness but the psychological presence and character of the subject.

These works are conceived as unique sculptural interpretations rather than purely literal representations.

Portraits can be created in various materials, including resin, mixed media, or bronze.

Public Sculpture

For public art projects and architectural commissions, Francesca works primarily in bronze, using the traditional lost-wax casting technique.

Her public sculptures are conceived to engage with the surrounding environment and to create a strong visual presence within urban or landscape contexts, in collaboration with architects, developers, and cultural institutions.

Commission Process

Each commissioned sculpture is developed through a collaborative process that allows the collector’s vision to merge with Francesca Dalla Benetta’s distinctive artistic language.

1. Initial Conversation

The process begins with a conversation to understand the client’s vision, the intended location of the sculpture, and the desired scale and materials.

This stage helps define the concept and atmosphere of the piece.

2. Concept & Proposal

Based on the discussion, Francesca develops initial sketches and conceptual ideas that translate the project into a sculptural form.

These proposals explore composition, symbolism, and how the sculpture will interact with its architectural or natural environment.

3. Sculptural Development

Once the concept is approved, the sculpture is developed in clay in the artist’s studio.

This phase allows the form, textures, and expressive details to evolve organically.

4. Casting & Finishing

Depending on the project, the final piece may be created in materials such as resin, mixed media, or bronze using the traditional lost-wax casting method.

Each sculpture is carefully finished and patinated to achieve its final character.

5. Delivery & Installation

The completed sculpture is delivered to the collector or installed on site when required, ensuring that the work integrates harmoniously with its surroundings.
