AUTOMA CRN-25 is a small androgynous bronze bust featuring a golden patina, with a displaced skull and fragmented side profiles. This sculpture is part of the AUTOMAS collection, which explores the interplay between humanity and machinery. The collection includes bronze busts with moving mechanisms and removable parts, evoking the simulation of life. Inspired by figures like Frankenstein and the Golem, Francesca Dalla Benetta delves into themes of transformation and the relationship between life and inanimation.
