ANGELO is a male bronze sculpture.
Angelo means Angel in Italian, artist's mother tongue, and also it is a male name.
The interpretation of Francesca Dalla Benetta is a sculptural figure with large wings and unruly hair that in his movements, as if he were on fire, seems to draw the shape of demonic horns. His demeanor is reflective, perhaps contrite, with a low, inward gaze. The beauty of him is decadent, yet the strength of her wings. the elegance of gold in her hair convey power and a message of freedom: to be able to choose our future and escape from a pre-designed destiny.
The patina is an experimental one, made with drained and burnt copper nitrate, with golden polished spots.
