ASÍ COMO HOY ME SIENTO is a resin sculpture of a man with rabbit hat, riding a toy horse and surrounded by toys. The title means, in Spanish, Òas I feel todayÓ, alluding to whatever feelings are crossing our way in any moment. As humans, we react to feeling all the time and move our lives based on how we perceive. Even if a feeling is not something dense, we make it solid and build our reality based on it, and they become part of our very being. This piece is part of the collection Disfraces e Identidad (Customs and Identities), where Francesca explores different aspect of the person identity, and how people wear roles and personalities according to the situation. In this serie, the artist wonders what is the true self, and what is a lie we tell other and the society.
