GENEROSITÁ, also presented in a second version titled Generosidad, is a resin portrait bust of Santiago Angel Boetani, an Italian immigrant in Mexico. The artist interpreted his serenity in the sculpture. Generosity was an important value to Santiago.
This work belongs to Identitá Transitorie, a series created during the artist’s reflections on migration, belonging and identity. Through conversations and photographs of Italians living in Mexico, Francesca explored the meaning of home and her connection with the people around her.
