Artwork Details

LE ORIGINI is a resin sculpture of a chubby man with many flowers. The title means The origins in Italian.

In the artist conception, transformation begins from inside out. In this piece, flowers are the symbol of the change, and the fact they emerge from the head of the character, means that change origins from self knowledge.

The calm expression of the man’s face refers to the acceptance beyond self judgment.

The size includes the base.
