Artwork Details

INTROSPEZIONI is a bronze sculpture of crossed legs woman with a golden thread braided between her fingers.

In the artist’s vision, this thread is the thread of one’s life. Each person is artifice and responsible for his own destiny, since he literally has his own life in his hands.

This piece invites reflection on affective responsibility, and the ability of each one to create what he wants, and the necessary struggle of women to appropriate this birthright.

This piece has a black patina with golden details, polished to reveal the natural bronze color. The black patina is made from the green one, after a burning process, so magical and mystical. The Sculpture is mounted on a marble base. The size include the base.
