Llega el Rostro Oculto a Querètaro

Espero que te encuentres muy bien.
Es raro que mande más de una Newsletter al mes, pero en esta ocasión no pude evitarlo, llevo demasiado tiempo esperando este momento y quiero compartir contigo una noticia que me tiene muy emocionada.
Ya había compartido la invitación a mi exposición El Rostro Oculto, en el Centro de las Artes de Querétaro (CEART), pero la fecha por fin está por llegar, el miércoles 25 de septiembre a las 7 pm es la inauguración.
Es un verdadero privilegio poder presentar esta muestra a un público nuevo, después de haber estado en el Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de San Luis Potosí y el Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey. Cada ciudad le ha dado un nuevo sentido a la exposición, y ahora me ilusiona descubrir cómo resonará en Querétaro y en el diálogo que podremos crear juntos en el CEART, en la posibilidad de encontrarnos y compartir estas experiencias.
La muestra nació en 2023, con la intención de reflexionar sobre la identidad y con la creación de dos proyectos muy significativos "Conexiones" y "Soledad".
Mi trabajo suele ser introspectivo y personal, pero sentí la necesidad de hablar visualmente sobre estos temas, de invitar a la reflexión sobre la identidad, la memoria y las relaciones humanas. La exposición incluye dos instalaciones, una video instalación y 25 esculturas, algunas fueron prestadas por coleccionistas, para que la muestra pueda continuar su itinerancia.

It’s unusual for me to send more than one newsletter a month, but this time I couldn’t resist. I’ve been waiting for this moment for so long, and I want to share with you some news that makes me very excited.
I had already shared the invitation to my exhibition El Rostro Oculto at the Centro de las Artes (CEART) in Querétaro, but the date is finally approaching: the inauguration will take place on Wednesday, September 25th at 7 PM.
It is a true privilege to present this exhibition to a new audience, after having been at the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de San Luis Potosí and the Museo Metropolitano de Monterrey. Each city has given the show a new meaning, and now I am thrilled to discover how it will resonate in Querétaro and in the dialogue we will be able to create together at CEART, in the opportunity to meet and share these experiences.
The exhibition was born in 2023, with the intention of reflecting on identity through the creation of two very significant projects: "Conexiones" and "Soledad."
My work is usually introspective and personal, but I felt the need to speak visually about these themes, to invite reflection on identity, memory, and human relationships. The exhibition includes two installations, a video installation, and 25 sculptures, some of which were generously loaned by collectors, allowing the exhibition to continue its journey.
